Choosing a Hamann Meadows Home
Hours and hours of evaluation by the building design team,
agents and past customers goes into every plan we build. Function
comes first. The home must be livable with proper room sizes,
a good traffic pattern, storage areas and natural light. Ceiling
heights are varied through coffers or cathedrals which create
volume. All of this is balanced with the goal of giving you the
most square footage for the dollar, keeping the price in line
and giving you an appreciative investment for your family.
We
are able to lower costs because we do not have overhead. We do
not make payments or have cash invested in trucks, skid loaders,
forklifts, dump trucks, or equipment. We only use subcontractors.
We have no employees on payroll. This cuts 5% out of the price
of the house immediately without cutting any quality.
CASEYCO, Inc. is a well capitalized company so we have buying
power. We get discounts that we pass on to you. We also create
a lot of work for subcontractors who are willing to negotiate
their cost for a guarantee of yearly work and getting some of
our business.
We do not throw away good supplies. Excess lumber, siding, shingles,
brick, etc. are returned to our suppliers with a dollar credit
returned to your home. We have a safety policy and anti-theft
security plan for all of our houses which lowers our insurance
premiums and that helps lower the cost of your home.
As you can see, we work very hard to cut cost without cutting
quality or substituting cheap materials.
