Designer Features
We work hard to cut costs so we can spend money to hire an
award-winning design team to coordinate the interior of our homes.
Why? Because the value is worth five times the cost to our home
owners. We are passionate about this because it creates warmth
and a higher dollar value in your home. We focus on giving you
a custom home look that you would see in a $300,000-$400,000
home in our $200,000 houses.
How do we do that? By having design experts coordinating the
color of walls, floor coverings, countertops, cabinets, kitchen
backsplashes and light fixtures. We then upgrade focal points;
such as, fireplace mantels, staircase railings and kitchen decor,
with color accents in ceiling coffers and bathrooms. We do
not do white walls, unless you ask for them of course. Go
look at other houses that do not do this then look at ours. You
will see the difference immediately.
Design must create function. In our townhome line, we turned the
designers loose to create detail, detail, detail. This creates
an uniqueness in each home that's different and distinctive.
We bring the newest of design concepts and technology to all of
our homes and upgrade the finishes, such as brazilian granite,
unique woods, special lighting features, fabricated stair railings,
elevated ceilings, tiled showers, and brand name gas cook tops.
We also give the same amount of detail to the exteriors with brick
and stone, pitch roofs, transom windows and covered decks. Last,
but not least, it has been a CASEYCO, Inc. signature to landscape
all of our homes, big or small. Nobody does that!
